Problem Note 35729: AIX/Websphere environment gives Page Overlay error "No trusted certificate
found"
The SAS® Web Analytics Page Overlay feature connects to web sites and
downloads pages much like an Internet browser does. In order to
download secure (https) pages, SAS Web Analytics uses a
secure connection method. Part of that method involves examining a
digital certificate presented by the web server.
It is possible that some or all of the certificates are not present in
the store that the web container (application platform) uses to validate
the certificates. The missing certificates can cause errors
to occur during a page overlay
run because the site's validity cannot be verified.
The certificates can be imported into the web
container's store (and the SAS Web Analytics web application
restarted) to satisfy the check(s).
